Our journey began in 2017 when we purchased an old apple orchard in the Kent countryside and our dream of crafting the finest cider became reality. After lots work and 2 years later in 2019 we planted our traditional cider orchard. As we patiently nurture our orchard, we found ourselves having to diversify a little and that's when the idea for Fake Farmer was born. Thank you for joining us at the very start of this journey. Living in the Kent countryside, there's a fair few Fake Farmers around. Most tend to hang out and share "farming" stories in the local pub. On one such occasion, and fuelled by Kentish ale (activating my beer degree in agriculture and fashion) I came up with the idea of Fake Farmer, a country clothing brand to celebrate everything countryside for both the young and the still cool oldies to enjoy.
